Since every piece is laser-crafted to order, our standard processing time is 3-5 business days before shipping. During peak holiday seasons, this may extend to 7-10 business days.

We primarily use high-quality birch, maple, and walnut hardwoods. All materials are ethically sourced and treated with food-safe finishes where applicable.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Pew Pew Lasercraft ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and package weight.

Because personalized products are custom-made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing error.

How should I care for my laser-engraved cutting board?
Hand wash only with mild soap and water. Do not soak or place in the dishwasher. We recommend applying a food-grade mineral oil every 3-4 months to maintain the wood's integrity.
